PURPOSE

The intensifier produces the high-pressure water within your intensifier pump. Over time, components begin to fatigue and require a rebuild. The GEN3 Intensifier is Jet Edge’s 3rd generation intensifier technology and has been used on new pump builds since 2016 and provides the longest life cycle for your components. The intensifiers detailed below will no longer have certain service parts available and will require a GEN3 Intensifier Upgrade Kit. All required parts and installation instructions will be provided with shipment.

DETAILS

The proper GEN3 Intensifier Kit is determined from the serial number plate of your Intensifier Pump indicating Pump Model. See the GEN3 Intensifier Upgrade Kit Reference Table below to determine which kit is correct for your pump. Each kit includes a fully assembled GEN3 Intensifier(s) and all components required to attach it to your Intensifier Pump.
